Paper Crafting Blog Hop - Sweet as a Peach Flowers!

Hi Friends!

Welcome to our monthly Paper Crafting Blog Hop! This month our theme is flowers, perfect for a spring-time hop! Each hop participant, talented Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators from around the world, has created a project featuring flowers.

Each month we share projects with various design styles. You may have arrived from Tracy Held's blog. What a wonderful project!

My sister mentioned to me (her card supplier) that she needed to add a few more birthday cards to her card stash. I created a card using the flower images and coordinating die from the Sweet as a Peach bundle. Paper from the You're a Peach designer series paper (DSP) added the perfect background!

My color palette for this card was Pear Pizzazz and Petal Pink. To me they are work together beautifully. What is your Go-To color combo? Please leave a comment telling me your favorite color combo.

I love the Sweet as a Peach bundle and coordinating DSP! I'm a little sad that the bundle and DSP are retiring, as are those lovely metallic pearls. If any of these products are on your wish, order today before it's too late!

Thank you for hopping around the world with us. Keep hopping to see even more fun cards! Click on the Next Blog image below to go to Julia Quinn's blog to see her wonderful project.

  2. Lovely soft and pretty card. Like you, Terri, I like to draw my palette from the DSP. SU has done all the work putting the palette together which makes it so easy to choose!

    1. The SU DSP is the easy button for color palettes!

  3. So lovely - those little flowers are just adorable!

  4. I agree with Maureen—those soft, sweet flowers are just adorable. Everything about this card works so well. The background DSP provides a great contrast with the color of the flowers, and I love the simplicity of the Gold Trim embellishment. Lovely card, Terri!

  5. Green isn't usually my go to colour, but this is such a beautiful card I think I will give this colour combination a try

  6. Your card is so pretty, sweet is the perfect word for it. The colors you chose really work together.

  7. Love love love this colour combination!! ANd I really love the gorgeous stamping on the inside too!! Thankyou for the fabulous inspiration.

  8. What a pretty card Terri! Love the colors you chose. Thanks for sharing.

  9. I love this bundle and DSP...I'm sad too that it is retiring! Such a soft and pretty card for spring!

    1. I'm sad to see the bundle and DSP retire, too!
