Curved Pop-Out Fun Fold with a Sweet Bee!

The fun fold card I made this week features products from Stampin' Up's 2024-2025 Annual catalog. I paired the Bee My Valentine stamp set with the coordinating Bee Builder Punch and the Country Woods designer series paper (DSP).

I created this super easy curved pop-out fun fold card with these items. As you can see, these stamps and punch can do so much more than just Valentines!

Loveliest Tree Fall Card - Paper Crafting Blog Hop

Welcome to our monthly Paper Crafting Blog Hop! This month our theme is "Season Where You Live". Since our hop participants come from North America and Australia there will be a variety of seasonal projects! Are you ready for some fabulous projects?

It's fall in my neck of the woods and I'm was thinking ahead to Thanksgiving when creating my card. My card features the Loveliest Tree Dies which I paired with a sentiment from the Unbounded Love stamp set and paper from the Country Woods designer series paper (DSP) pack.

I tried to capture the changing leaves that occur in fall. I die cut tree tops from Wild Wheat, Peach Pie, and Pumpkin Pie cardstock and used sponge daubers to add coordinating ink to each die cut. It brings color variation which I think makes them look more realistic. The backgound paper is from the Country Woods DSP pack; I used a different pattern for the tree trunk die cuts.

I stamped a sentiment from the Unbounded Love stamp set in Pretty Peacock ink on Lost Lagoon cardstock, then added a bit of Crumb Cake baker's twine. What do you think? Does this card invoke fall and it's changing leaf colors?

Crumb Cake cardstock (cs) 5½ x 8½"

    with the short edge at the top place the left edge at 3" then cut from 1" to 6½"; 

    turn the cardstock so the long edge with the 3" portion at the top, score at 4¼" top to the cut

    then score from the bottom up to the cut starting from the left at 1, 2, 3¼, 4½ and 6½"

Monthly Paper Crafting Blog Hop - Legendary Ride Masculine Ombre Birthday Card!

Welcome to our monthly Paper Crafting Blog Hop! This month our theme is masculine projects.

My project features the Legendary Ride stamp set and coordinating Dies. I paired these stamps and dies with the Country Woods designer series paper (DSP).

I took these products and created a masculine birthday card with ombre motorcycles. The motorcycle images were stamped with Basic Gray, Pebbled Path, and Smoky Slate inks on coordinating cardstock, then die cut with the coordinating Legendary Ride dies. I put the motorcycles on a multi-colored background of Country Woods designer series paper (DSP) that I jazzed up by stamping the small ground image from the stamp set in Wild Wheat. I added a birthday greeting on a label die cut from the Unbounded Love die set. And there you have it, an ombre masculine birthday card!
