Monthly Paper Craft Blog Hop - Masculine Cards

Hi Friends!

Welcome to our monthly Paper Crafting Blog Hop! This month our theme is masculine cards. Join the hop for inspiring masculine projects.

Each hop participant, talented Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators from around the world, has created a paper craft project that will inspire you. If you found your way here from Maureen Rauchfuss's blog, wasn't her project wonderful? Keep hopping for even more inspiring projects!

My project features the Along These Lines stamp set from the new catalog, found on page 95, and a new Online Exclusive stamp set and die bundle, More Messages. Both are very versatile and can be used to create cards for many occasions.
Along These Lines #165352

I stamped the bicycle image from the stamp set on a acrap of Basic White cardstock and fussy cut it out then adhered it to a Spotlight Nature die cut from a scrap of Misty Moonlight cardstock.

This card was very easy to assemble! I stamped the same image in Misty Moonlight on a piece of Country Lace designer series paper (DSP) and added a greeting die cut from the More Messages stamp set and die bundle, an onlince exclusive. I think this card works well as a masculine card.

The greeting is from a new Online Exclusive stamp set and die bundle, More Messages. It offers many great sentiments and a variety of die shapes. Stamp and cut once and you have a a pile of ready-to-go sentiments. What a time-saver!

Retiring - Beauty of Friendship

Hi friends!

I'm wishing farewell to products retiring from Stampin' Up's 2022-2023 Annual catalog as well as those retiring from the Jan to April 2023 Mini catalog. Many items from these catalogs are on sale up, some up to 60% off! Click here to shop my online store and the Last Chance Sale.

Today, I'm sending off a stamp set from the 2022 - 2023 Annual Catalog. I've paired it with my favorite masculine-themed stamp set, Wildlife Wonder, which is not retiring. Yay!
Beauty of Frienship #154983

The Beauty of Friendship stamp set offers a bare tree image and different types of tree top images. You can make all type of trees and in different fullness. Plus, you get unique sentiments - friendship and inspiration - as well as a traditional thank you and thinking of you sentiments.
Darker trees

Lighter trees

I paired the bare tree images from the Wildlife Wonder stamp set for what I consider to be a masculine thank you card.

What do think? Is it a masculine card or not? Do you prefer the tees darker or lighter? Please leave comment with your thoughts. Thanks!

Hi friends!

Over on my Facebook page (find me on Facebook as StampingIsFun) stamped a masculine birthday where I mashed up the Wildlife Wonder stamp set with the Expressions in Ink designer series paper (DSP). I'm sharing the ingredients and measurements.

Although at first you might wonder how a masculine card could be created with the Expressions in Ink DSP, I found the perfect Cinnamon Cider water color pattern in the pack.
