Hello friends!
I hope you are enjoying hopping around the world with our Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrators Blog Hop featuring projects that are patriotic to the country the demonstrator lives in. You may have arrived from Karie Beglau's blog. What a wonderful project!
My project will dress up any 4th of July picnic table. This is super easy project that can be pulled together quickly and will add some pizzazz to your dish!
For the red and blue I used new in-colors cardstock in Blueberry Bushel and Lovely Lipstick; silver glimmer paper adds the jazzy "white".
I used the large letter dies to cut the USA letters from the Lovely Lipstick cardstock and the Triple Banner punch to cut banner pieces. TIP: I punched 6 banners so I could cover the backsides of my banners; you could also decorate the backs and use them in a centerpiece dish.
use foam adhesive strips to quickly stick to the letters to the glimmer paper |
What do you think? Leave me a comment and let me know.
Blueberry Bushel cardstock (cs), 6 - 2 x 4"
Silver glimmer paper, 3 - 1.75 x 3"
Lovely Lipstick cs, 2.5 x 4"
Large Letters framelits
Triple Banner punch
foam adhesive
wooden skewers (bought at the dollar store; cut mine to 6.5")
Thanks for hopping with us. Now click on the next image to zoom to Elizabeth Green's blog to see the next fabulous project.
